Our Story

Chef Cesare Vietina grew up working at his family’s Michelin-starred restaurant in Forte Dei Marmi, Italy, then in L.A. helped open Giorgio Baldi and co-owned the legendary Madeo for nearly three decades. Cesare and his wife Pamela now channel their deep love of Italian culture, hospitality and cuisine into his namesake restaurant, where every guest feels like family.
